We build and hold AI systems companies.

01 Thesis
01
The hard part moved
Capability is no longer the bottleneck. What separates a demonstration from a business is everything around the model — serving economics, evaluation, data rights, integration into workflows that already exist. That is durable, unglamorous systems work, and it is where we build.
02
Companies, not projects
We start and buy whole companies with their own customers, margins, and operators. Each one is expected to stand on its own commercially. We are not a lab with business units attached, and we do not run a studio that hands things off.
03
No clock
We hold with our own balance sheet. There is no fund life, no forced exit, and no pressure to mark something up before it is real. The intended holding period for every company in the group is indefinite.
02 Selected companies
All 503 What we take on
Capital
Funded from the holding company balance sheet, sized to the next real milestone rather than to a round. No syndicate to assemble and no bridge to negotiate.
Infrastructure
Finance, legal, security, and compute contracts run centrally. An operating company inherits them on day one instead of rebuilding each in its first two years.
Recruiting
We hire against the group, not a single company. Senior engineers and operators can move between businesses as the work demands it.
Distance
Product, pricing, and hiring decisions belong to the operating company. We set capital allocation and the standard of measurement, then get out of the way.
04 Contact
If you are building at the systems layer, we would like to hear about it.
